The natives are growing great at Herons House.

The sages, sedges, grasses, penstemons, ceonothus, and mallows are really taking off.  Other larger specimens such as toyon, manzanita, and sycamore are establishing themselves as well but will be years before they are mature.

Our good friend and grape growing mentor. Pete Anderson, gave us three mature vines to plant for an espalier.

The rest of the 140 grape vines are being delivered March 14th.
